Retention Bonus!
Join our team as a Community Banker I or II at any location and receive a retention bonus of up to $6,000.
• $1,000 paid after the successful completion of one year of continuous employment and satisfactory review.
• $2,000 paid after the successful completion of two years of continuous employment and satisfactory review.
• $3,000 paid after the successful completion of three years of continuous employment and satisfactory review.
Bonus installments will be processed through payroll and subject to taxes. Bonus installments will be in addition to Katahdin’s profit-sharing plan and other benefits. Contact Human Resources for more information.
